him a unique perspective on the industry. Known for his inspiring public speaking and dedication to education, Andy is more than a leader; he's a mentor committed to the growth of others.
Andy's approach is built on trust, foresight, and an unyielding commitment to integrity. He believes in empowering clients through knowledge, fostering long-term relationships, and navigating the ever-evolving insurance landscape with strategic agility.
Andy is the President of the Mt Brydges Bulldogs of the Provincial Junior Hockey League (Junior C), and a member of the Mt Brydges Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 2

As an insurance professional deeply ingrained in his community, Brock Hogarth brings not only extensive experience but also a genuine passion for serving others. Raised in Tillsonburg, Ontario, Brock developed strong roots and connections within the fabric of Canadian life.
For over two decades, he has been an active member of the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO), leveraging conventions and networking opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends. His involvement with Orbit, a broker-driven organization dedicated to advancing real-time technology in insurance, underscores his commitment to innovation and progress.
Professionally, Brock has spent over 25 years as Principal Broker at Hogarth Insurance, a fourth-generation family brokerage in Tillsonburg. During his tenure, he has witnessed substantial organic growth, a testament to his dedication to client satisfaction and relationship-building. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is deeply involved in community initiatives such as Meals on Wheels, where he volunteers his time to ensure that vulnerable members of the community receive the support and nourishment they need to thrive. Additionally, as an active member of the Tillsonburg Chamber of Commerce, he contributes to the growth and prosperity of our local businesses.
Randy Carroll

Randy Carroll is an innovative, strategically focused advocate and architect of value
creation. He is a seasoned leader who has worked with the highest level of federal and
provincial politicians, government and regulatory officials, industry leaders, corporate
and volunteer boards of directors, and top talent of all stripes in the pursuit
of association and industry excellence.
Randy is a seasoned veteran of the property and casualty insurance industry and has
extensive experience in a range of insurance related organizations, from multiple vantage points, giving him unprecedented industry insights. Coupled with this is his ability to bring complexity down to positive, actionable steps, and the tenacity to see them through to fruition, sharing successes with his team along the way.
Randy's nearly forty-year insurance career has seen him grow an insurance broker, insurance brokerage owner, manager and CEO of Canada’s largest Insurance Brokers Association. Randy currently holds the position of Senior Insurance Strategist of Select Strategy Group.
He is also a Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal recipient for his volunteer work with a host of insurance related organizations, a sought after public speaker, and a registered lobbyist. Randy is the President of the Goderich Legion Branch 109 and serves on Goderich City Council. On a personal note, Randy is a proud husband and father, softball supporter, and enjoys fishing, boating and travel in his limited spare time.

He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Sports and Recreation Administration from the University of New Brunswick, and continues to leverage his diverse expertise to push boundaries and redefine what's possible in the insurance marketing space.

With over 25 years of dedicated expertise, Peter is a seasoned professional in Accounting, Income Tax, and Property Management. Throughout his career, Peter has honed his skills and knowledge, becoming a trusted authority in financial matters and property administration.
In addition to Peter's professional pursuits, he is deeply committed to giving back to the community. As the Sponsorship Director and Game Announcer for the Mt Brydges Bulldogs, he volunteers his time to support local sports and community events. These roles have allowed him to contribute directly to the development and success of the
community's youth while fostering a sense of pride and camaraderie among
residents.
