He is also a Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal recipient for his volunteer work with a host of insurance related organizations, a sought after public speaker, and a registered lobbyist. Randy is the President of the Goderich Legion Branch 109 and serves on Goderich City Council. On a personal note, Randy is a proud husband and father, softball supporter, and enjoys fishing, boating and travel in his limited spare time.

Carrie Bernardo is a seasoned insurance professional with over twenty years in the insurance industry. Beginning her career in claims and subsequently transitioned into underwriting before moving into the brokerage side of the business.
Carrie is passionate about professional development and has earned her FCIP, CRM, and CAIB designations as well as her principal broker license. Her expertise encompasses training and development, workflows and procedures, management, operations, and compliance. She has extensive experience with a range of broker management systems, demonstrating strong proficiency in Epic. She also previously served on the board of the Applied Client Network’s Greater Ontario Chapter.
